By using Rug Radiance services, you agree to these terms. We provide professional rug cleaning, repair, restoration, and protection services throughout NYC and the Tri-State area.

1. Services Provided

Rug Radiance offers the following services:

Professional rug cleaning using eco-friendly methods
Rug repair and restoration
Pet stain and odor removal
Stain protection treatments
Free pickup and delivery within our service area

2. Service Process

Our standard service process includes:

Scheduling a convenient pickup time
Professional pickup from your location
Thorough inspection and documentation
Service completion at our facility
Delivery and placement back in your home

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on rug size, condition, and services required
Free quotes provided before service begins
Payment due upon delivery unless otherwise arranged
We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards

4. Service Guarantee

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: We stand behind our work. If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we'll re-clean your rug at no additional charge.

Guarantee claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure the best service, customers agree to:

Provide accurate information about rug condition and any special concerns
Ensure safe access for pickup and delivery
Point out any valuable or antique rugs requiring special care
Make timely payment for services rendered

6. Liability and Insurance

• All rugs are fully insured while in our care
• We maintain comprehensive liability insurance
• Pre-existing damage will be documented before service
• Our liability is limited to the fair market value of the rug

7. Cancellation Policy

8. Service Area

We provide free pickup and delivery throughout NYC (all five boroughs) and select areas of the Tri-State region. Additional fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

9. Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving any issues quickly and fairly. If you have a concern, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Any disputes will be governed by the laws of New York State.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Current terms will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
